Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is created to maintain our standards of sanitation and safety. We do not accept returns of our essential oil blends. If you have problems with an essential oils blend, please keep the blend and contact us within 30 days of the order by email. Tell us about the problem and include photos. We can reformulate an essential oils blend for you, and we can also give you a partial or full credit depending on the problem.
We can accept returns of candles and flameless items. Again, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email. We can refund your purchase of candles and/or flameless items depending upon a review of your email. We may need to call you to gather more information.
